The block is a practical Blackroll accessory or multi-purpose tool with an open bottom, in which you can store a BLACKROLL® MINI or BLACKROLL® DuoBall 8 cm and a BLACKROLL® Ball 8 cm.
Or: You can use it as a self-myofascial release tool. A difficult word, which in plain English means that with the Blackroll® Ball, the Blackroll® DuoBall, or the Blackroll® Mini, you can penetrate deeper into the tissue from this elevated position and specifically target hard-to-reach muscle groups.
You can also use it to enhance exercises in functional training or as a yoga block, e.g., to support balance or relieve strain on the back during meditation.

Possible combinations for storage in the Blackroll block are:
